Payments

How does your billing work?

All of our accounts are pre-paid. After making an initial payment, your usage is deducted from your available account balance in real time. A positive balance needs to be maintained in order to continue service. We send you a warning email when your balance gets low.

Do you have any minimums?

While we don't have any usage requirements, we do have a minimum deposit amount of $100. Your prepaid balance is fully refundable at any time.

What methods are payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal, checks, and wire transfers as payment.

Services and Features

Do you offer international services?

We offer full A-Z termination. To most countries we have multiple route options. Contact us for more information regarding your specific needs.

Do you support voice-mail?

As a carrier service, any end-user features such as voice-mail would be implemented on your platform. We provide the underlying inbound, outbound, and API platform that you can use to build a service including such features as voice-mail.

Network

How can I test my connectivity to iCall's SIP network?

We provide an on-line tool that lets you test your latency to the iCall network. Simply enter your IP address or hostname in our looking glass for more information.

Equipment and Software Compatibility

Does your service with with Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, and other open source software?

Yes! Sí! Oui!

We work with any SIP-compatible soft-switch, PBX, or other hardware. We love open source. In fact, we are one of the primary sponsors of the FreeSWITCH project. Visit our pages on FreeSWITCH and Asterisk for more information on setting them up to work with iCall Carrier Services.
