What is your minimum deposit amount?

Our minimum deposit amount is $100. We do not have any monthly minimums or commitment levels.

What payment methods do you accept?

For instant account deposits, we support credit cards and PayPal. If you want to open an account with a check, wire transfer, or other method, just contact us and we'll arrange the details.

For our monthly billing, we accept pre-paid accounts using PayPal and credit cards, or wires, checks, and other methods pending credit approval.

Are your accounts pre-paid?

Yes, our accounts are normally pre-paid. If you would like to post-pay simply contact us and we'll send you the necessary documentation we require to verify your company and credit.

Do you support Asterisk?

Yes, we do support Asterisk just like any other SIP device. However, we don't support the Asterisk IAX protocol, you'll have to use SIP. SIP is a universally accepted VoIP standard and much more widely deployed and thoroughly tested than IAX.
